Darcy: Oregon, United States; Hello!:) I'm a 20 year old nail artist living in Portland, OR. I started doing nail art during the summer of 2012, and made an Instagram account in September. (@sparrownails) That has been wonderful; I've met more amazing people than I could have imagined. Now I've decided to start a blog, and I guess we'll see where this goes!
